What currency are the prices do I see in the site?
All prices are in USD.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
I try my best to ship items as fast as possible. Current lead time is 4 weeks- please understand that I am just one person, and I am working hard to get your items to you as soon as I can! Thank you for your patience! Lead times may change- please check IG’s main page for lead time updates in the bio! 

Can I return my item?  What if there is an issue?
At this time, returns are not accepted unless you receive an incorrect item. Every order is custom made for you. Please reach out if you have any questions.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have misspelled or auto filled an incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refunds will be given if your items are shipped to the incorrect address if we are not notified in time.
